This registration covers the general session and your choice of any of the symposiums. Dinner on Friday evening is also included for all registrants and their guests.

Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% administrative charge which will be reflected in the total cost. If for any reason a refund is issued, you will be refunded the total cost minus the 3.5% administrative charge.
